BT Felton & Son (Contracting) Ltd was established in June 1997 with Mr MC Felton, Mr AI Felton and Mr SJ Saunders to specialise in performing and procuring work in the Social Housing Sector.

When developing the design of our projects, consideration is given to Secured by Design, Lifetime Homes Standards and Housing Corporation. The company also investigates alternative building methods, elements and fittings.

The company also performs other construction works.
