Ten flats and two bungalows for Touchstone Housing Associates on a Brown Field Site. We introduced them to the site and obtained the planning permission. Construction was a Design and Build. The project was awarded the Secured by Design certificate for its design of structure, environment and components.

Client requested that HAMP be used for the warranty.
