This project was a Tendered Design and Build Contract with Paul Mantle Partnership as the Employers Agents. The contract value was £1,470,000 and a contract period of 36 weeks. Building Design Group were the Architects and Couch Consulting the Engineers. The Project consists of twenty 2-Bedroom Apartments with Ensuite and associated works.
