Thirteen houses for Servite Housing Association on a Brown Field site which we introduced to them, obtained planning permission. Build contract was a Design and Build. The project was awarded the Secured by Design certificate for its design of structure, environment and components. We appointed the architect and structural engineer. The client requested that Zurich provided the warranty and control. We are still members of Zurich.
